Overlooking the ocean on the second row are two and three bedroom condominiums. Amenities include a swimming pool, community washer and dryer facilities on each floor, garbage chutes, elevators, outside showers, on-site charcoal grills, and picnic tables.

Most condominiums have a view of the ocean and coastline. All of the condominiums have the following common features: central heat and air; a kitchen with coffee pot, toaster, dishwasher, microwave, and blender; living and dining area; and patio balcony.

• Children who are not toilet-trained MUST wear a swim diaper while in the pool.
• Motorcycles, jet skis, RVs, campers, trailers, and trailered boats are prohibited at Litchfield Retreat.
• Golf Carts are NOT permitted at Litchfield Retreat Condominiums.
• Pets are not allowed by guests at Litchfield Retreat.
